People are always faced with the decision of building or buying a home. While there is no right or wrong answer, there are a number of considerations before jumping into a purchase or a build program. So, don’t be afraid to at least look at what they have to offer before investing any money or making a commitment one way or the other.
Finally, if you decide that you would rather buy an existing home, there are a few things to consider as well. First, are you a cash buyer or will you be taking out a mortgage (or two.)
